Sandymark are the club Patron of St. Finian’s GAA club.

Sandymark provide our club with significant financial support. They contribute to our fundraising drives and are the only Patron of the club. Sandymark, and their Managing Director Con McCarthy, are also supporting the club through the development of a new playing pitch in the village.

Sandymark have strong ties to Newcastle and St. Finian’s GAA Club. Con McCarthy (Managing Director) has been a member of the club since the year 2000. He has managed juvenile and adult teams in the club. He has served as chairman. Sean McCarthy (Project Director) is current captain and player on the clubs Intermediate Men’s Team.
